What’s your return policy?
After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any concerns you have.
All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email, or email: email@example.com
We want to make sure you love what you order and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution.
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. We will use this information to help with your order, as well as eliminate errors in the future.
Do you offer refunds?
We understand that purchasing and gift-giving can be a complex process. If you’ve ordered or received one of our products as a gift or if one of our products arrived damaged and it needs to be returned, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We want you to love what you bought. So if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we can sort out a replacement or store credit for situations where the wrong product style, color, or size was ordered.
It can take up to 5 business days to process and verify your order — good things come to those who wait. Once your order is on its way, we’ll notify you with a quick email that covers everything you need to know.
